Mental Health and Wellbeing

Mental health support is available for people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, mental illness, or other emotional and psychological challenges. Our onsite Mental Health Nurse can provide assessment, treatment, care, and support to help you improve your wellbeing, work towards recovery, and maintain your independence.

ODH Youth Services supports young people aged 12 to 25 years across the High Country region to connect with their community, participate in positive activities and thrive. A non-clinical, youth-focused service that advocates for young people and helps connect them with services, support and community opportunities.
